Yo, since I've just been hanging round lately, doing nothing but procrastinating and stuff and being unable to pull my shits together to get up from mah bed/away from the Internet, I thought I could also blog, since it's really been a while, sry.

So this time we have another guest review, my little brother with the code name 'Long Chicken' (xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD) tried this Ramen. Here's what he thinks of it:

If you think that every fucking Ramen looks the same, you're stupid, cuz it's not true. Look at this one, we have leek, dried onions (which look like brown spots of sh** xD) and white fungus up there, which I have never seen in instant ramen before!!

So my little brother, who is by the time he ate this 60/5+2^3-(32-(4*6)) years old, said this:

'This soup tastes strange.'
'It doesn't... really taste like chicken.'
'Yeah, it's okay.'
'It's spicy.'
'It rather tastes like lemon.'
'Hmm, it doesn't taste like chicken at all, it only tastes sour. It's very lemony.'

So when I asked him to grade this soup, he said 'something between B and C'. When I later came into the kitchen I saw the half-eaten left-over bowl standing there. My mom said that it was probably too spicy for him to finish it. Such a wimp.

Rating: According to the fact that he didn't want to finish this Ramen, this one gets a C

XXIX. Vina Acecook Hao Hao Instant Noodles Mushroom Flavour

Today I have to thank my lovely friend Nhung Fountain for taking these pictures for me because the battery of my phone was flat. :3 It sucks if you can't eat your noodles without having taken a picture of that damn food before you mess it up, with your eating irons, or chopsticks, or the way I always do: What you can't see on the pics I take of Ramen packages is, that I have already ripped one side open, and right after that, I do realise that I haven't taken a picture of the package. Fuck my life. x'D

When opening the package, one can notice the salty, aromatic smell, coming from the noodles. Which means you can eat them as a nice snack, too, without boiling. I think only kids do that, eating the block of noodles uncooked. And losers who don't have boiling water. FAIL! 

For some reason there was no water visible after the 3 minutes time of waiting, maybe I have put in too little, or the noodles have soaked it up entirely. MYSTERY MYSTERY. They were actually pretty good, being already flavoured as a brick, the consistence after cooking being perfect, tastyly thin and curly, just how I like Ramen to be.

A very bad point about these noodles was the mushroom flavour, which didn't taste like mushroom at all. I couldn't taste anything mushroom-like in this broth! And if there is aftertaste, there is also beforetaste, and this one's was kinda vinegar-like, I'm not sure, it was pretty disturbing and kinda aweful everytime I put some noodles in my mouth, smelling/tasting it.

Nevertheless, I finished them noodles, but I don't think I will ever eat them again. Maybe my taste buds are meshuga, too, I don't know, could be a thesis, but if you're hungry, these Hao Hao noodles can actually provide you a decent collation, because who cares about taste if one is starving. Shit, should have written that last sentence as the Rating. (-_____-)

XXVIII. Vina Acecook Artificial Minced Pork Flavour

These are glass noodles from Vina Acecook, Vietnam, with Artificial Pork Flavour.
Another one of those suspicious artificial things... like, are the sitting in a lab, trying to create artificial pork flavour?
Scientist A: ''Hey, how's this, does it taste like artificial pork?''
Scientist B: ''Nah, still too close to real pork. Let's try adding those chemicals, to make it taste less real.''

Well, enough of my crap, here's the review.
Honestly, I don't even remember, how they were.... I forgot to take notes. I usually have for every review a folder with pictures and a Word Document, but it seems to be missing here... or maybe I was drunk? D8

This is what it looks like. I really like the purple and gold colour. ^^

The food picture is also pretty and nice. Although, I actually think, there is no such dish as glass noodle with minced pork in real? o.O''

Uhm yeah... they were ok I guess. Since I don't know, how true artificial minced pork taste, I think these are fairly ok. Ahahaha, I seriously can't remember anymore! xD

Sorry, a B, out of pity. I'm sorry, glass noodles. Maybe I'll give you another try and update my review then. xD

XV. Vina Acecook Oh! Ricey Instant Porridge Artificial Chicken flavour

 Yay, here comes the first Instant Porridge review!!! Why am I reviewing porridge? Because it came in a small bright plastic pack, too, and I was too dumb to recognize that there was no hard brick of noodle inside!!! :D

 Well, what can I say? No extra toy, boring rice flakes, boring powder and sauce bags... Porridge is like the 3 minutes you have to wait until your instant meal is done. Plain and boring.

           

This  porridge though has a really nice chicken flavour. Really rich and aromatic, and not even too obviously artificial tasting. The porride’s consistence is pretty weird though: It’s like slimy mash slash chunky slime. But I kinda like stuff like that. I’m a sucker for weird food. ;P

Rating: Pretty good if you’re craving for chicken and don’t have teeth/are too lazy to kill/buy/cook chicken intricately, or for whatever reason that doesn’t bother me. A- (though it’s not ramen and actually WTF is this one doing here anyways?! -______-”)

XII. Vina Acecook good Chicken Flavour

LOLz. Well hello everyone! I'm not a regular blogger instantnoodleseater but I needed to convince my fellow name-mates that these noodles taste better than the one they tried. So I'm here to write this review for you guys. (side-note: my name actually fits really well to this blog, just sayin' :P)

As seen on the other review the packaging is similar, the only difference being the yellow color instead of the green one. I don't know why but chicken flavoured instant noodles are always yellow o_O (as seen by MAMA, YUMYUM, etc.). Of course the picture doesn't show spare ribs but the noodle soup with some chicken meat on it. Quite disturbing might I add because there is no meat in the actual package :<

Let's move on to the instructions:
Add 400ml boiled water to a bowl in which you have already put the noodles and the soup powder.
(I always skip the vegetables because they don't really add any improvement to the soup and taste like nothing, so why bother putting it in? I'm a lazy person okay?) I have to admit I only poured 250ml water because otherwise the taste would be gone and everything would be just watery and shitty.
So.
Here is what it looks like, still boiling.

After it's done boiling we can finally begin eating. The soup tastes really well, kinda salty but also quite spicy. I really like the taste of it and I think it's much better than the spare rips one. I usually like the chicken flavoured soups more for example I prefer Pho Ga (A vietnamese noodle soup) to Pho Bo (Same but with beef flavour). Anyways. As already mentioned the taste is really really nice, a good mixture of salty and spicy - and you can always make it less salty by reducing the amount of soup poweder 
The noodles are... well not as soft as glass noodles are supposed to be; IF you ever tried the real glass noodles you know what I mean - but they are okay. Maybe I should have left them in the hot water a bit longer, but I'm always so hungry and impatient >3<

SO ... I give it a B+

I'll run to my local asia market and grab some more instant noodles now Ò^Ó

IX. Vina Acecook good artificial spareribs flavour

Name: good artificial spareribs flavour

This time we have a review with vermicelli noodles. (WTF, why does that word sound so Italian? xD) The packaging looks very nice, with a sample picture on the front advising how the noodle soup could actually look like and what you should add/put on top of it to make them a more delicious and healthy meal and just pimp that lousy crap that’s actually inside the package.

The glass noodles are unregularely thick, and the fat ones don’t get soft at all in the boiled water but stay hard, which is a minus. The artificial spareribs flavour tastes too artificial, just really weird and strange, not like spareribs at all. The taste is not even close to any kind of meat flavour, well, at least not the ones I know. (-____________-)'' There are also some mini tofu chunks included in the vegetable bag. They have a specific taste, and I really can’t tell what they are doing in the soup, if that flavour is supposed to add some special taste to the soup (which already tastes crap), or if it’s to make the clear soup look less boring under the green herb stuff, or if it’s an attemp to interpret/imitate/impersonate the spareribs. I find it very disturbing.

Rating: Though the name is good, I didn’t find them good at all. D

III. Bean Vermicelli Good TOM YUM KUNG FLAVOUR

Next review! Since I'm not in the mood to do my homework in Chinese yet. >.<

It's about VINA ACECOOK's Bean Vermicelli Good in Tom Yung Kung Flavour! It's vietnamese, therefore all the vietnamese, english, french, whatever language on it...

 (Pretty impressive package design. I like red and gold. The date-stamp kinda ruined it though. =.='')

(Ingriedients in waaay too much foil! When I finished unpacking, the water already finished cooking! Dx)

 (Dumped everything in a bowl... well amost everything because...)

(I spilled the powder, tearing open the sachet. OTL

Looks like the noodle soup has something against my rice-cooker...)

 (Right after pouring the boiling water in.)

 (After 5 minutes I opened the lid and it still looks the same... o.O )

 (Yummy Uzumaki! *O*)

So here is, how it is: 

It's mild hot, BUT everything is hotter when hot! I really can't eat spicy food, so this was really marginal. Not the kind, where you feel your esophagus melting and your mouth-imitating-hell spicy, but the one, were you need a glass of water with the food.

The taste is pretty good, just your typical sour & hot soup.

The dried shrimp in it is sweet, which was... interesting. x3 Uzumaki is awesome, tastes slightly fishy and sweet!!! Where can I get a whole package of that? Need mor Uzumaki in my life! *____*

Noodles are just the right consistency, a little chewy, but edible. Weird onion/herb chunks are weird… still NO idea, what that is suppose to be, because it tastes like nothing. WTF?

All in all, a sweet and hot A!
